INFO & POLICIES

 SHIPPING

 

  • I only offer Standard Shipping at $5.50. 

  • Shipping is always on orders $40 and over.

  • All items are inspected, sanitized, packaged with care, and shipped in a padded envelope.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Once your order is ready to ship a tracking number is provided via email, then shipped via USPS 1st class mail.

  • It can take 3-7 business days for delivery.

  • Shipping may be delayed due to (pandemics, weather conditions, natural & unnatural disasters, the end of the world... etc) so it may take longer than 7 business days for your package to arrive, in any case, keep your tracking number!

  • Ahava By Ny'zaiyah is not responsible for packages once they have shipped. So Please contact USPS. I will however help you try and locate your package.

  • If you have not received your package within 7 business days you will need to contact USPS or submit a missing mail search request on their website. This can be done by going to usps.com.>> Help>> Find Missing Mail.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
 
{ RETURNS }

I want all of my customers to love the jewelry purchased from me, but that may not always be the case. If for any reason you are not satisfied, just contact me. All returns are processed on a case-by-case basis. I give detailed descriptions of each piece I create, so it is very important to read all of the information provided to make sure your selection is a perfect fit for you. Size alterations may be available just contact me.  

 

  • Email me (Nyzaiyah @ ahavabynyzaiyah.com) within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

  • Include in the email the order number and the reason for the return.

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping the return to Ahava By Ny'zaiyah.

  • Ahava By Ny'zaiyah is not responsible for returns being lost via USPS, so be sure to always keep your tracking number. 

  • Once the return is received it is inspected, if the return is damaged or altered in any way you will be contacted and informed that your return has been rejected and you will not be given a refund and the return will be returned to you.

  • If however the return is accepted you will be contacted via email and refunded the amount of the purchase (shipping will not be included).

{ EXCHANGES }

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and you would like to exchange it for something else, just contact me. Exchanges are also processed on a case-by-case basis. 

 

  • Email me (Nyzaiyah @ ahavabynyzaiyah.com) within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

  • The exchange can be for an item that is of equal or lesser value.

  • If the item is of lesser value you will be issued a store credit for the difference (shipping will not be included).  

  • Your purchase must be returned in its original packaging and it must not be damaged, altered, or worn to be accepted for the exchange.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping the exchange. 

  • A tracking number must be provided via email to me for the shipped exchange. Please send the tracking number to Nyzaiyah @ ahavabynyzaiyah.com

  • Ahava By Ny'zaiyah is not responsible for exchanges lost in the mail.

  • Once I have received the exchange, I will ship your choice for the exchange within 1 - 3 business days, once it has shipped you should receive it within about 3 - 7 business days.

{ REPAIRS }

 

Ahava By Ny'zaiyah's jewelry is guaranteed! If it breaks I will repair it once for free (pictures are required)! All you will need to do is pay the shipping cost to get it to me and I got you. For each repair after there will be a $5 repair fee.

  • Keep in mind that some of the pieces I create are one of a kind and may have to be repaired with different components, I will let you know in this case.

  • Jewelry is repaired within 1 week of receipt and then shipped back to you.

  • Shipping at this time will be paid by Ahava By Ny'zaiyah and you should receive it within 3 - 7 business days, your tracking number will be provided at the time of shipping.

 

 

 

{ Custom Sizing }

 

Custom sizing is available however, some pieces are one of a kind, so some components may not be available to upsize. Please contact me with the size you need and we will go from there.😉
