All orders are made to order… please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping times vary based on the method selected at checkout and are not guaranteed.
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email… please allow up to 24 hours for updates.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout… we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS to file a claim, as all packages are insured. If you need additional support, feel free to reach out… we’re always happy to help.

We truly appreciate your support and thank you for choosing Ahava By Ny’zaiyah. Since opening our virtual doors in August 2014, we have never had to process a return, exchange, or refund. It has been a beautiful honor to serve a community that values handcrafted, made-to-order, and African-inspired jewelry.
Because each piece is thoughtfully handmade, we do not offer returns. Some designs may include vintage components that can carry small imperfections… little marks of character that make each piece unique. We do our best to provide clear photos and detailed descriptions so you can shop with confidence and feel good about the piece you choose.
