Ahava By Ny’zaiyah is a Black-owned, handcrafted African-inspired jewelry brand, founded in August 2014 and based in Huntsville, Alabama. Our offerings include loc beads, earrings, nose cuffs, necklaces, bracelets, waist beads, and anklets — all designed with size inclusivity and authenticity in mind.

We offer domestic (U.S.) shipping through standard carriers. Please refer to our Shipping Policy (link if you have one) for estimated delivery times. Ahava By Ny’zaiyah is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and the custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there's an issue, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at AhavaByNyzaiyah@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
