PROCESSING TIME

All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.

PACKAGING & CARE

​

Each item is thoroughly inspected, sanitized, and securely packaged in a protective bubble mailer to ensure safe and hygienic delivery.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

At this time we only offer domestic shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

​

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3 – 5 business days after processing

  • USPS Priority: 2 - 3 business days after processing

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we work toward expanding worldwide!

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Ahava By Ny’zaiyah is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier. However, we insure allof our packages so just contact usps to file a claim if you experience issues, please contact us at [nyzaiyah@ahavabynyzaiyah.com] and we’ll do our best to assist you.
